What I commit to

Replies
Within 4 business hours during your overlap window, and by your next morning outside it.
Quotes
Within 1 business day of the brief call.
Your review window
2 business days per round. If feedback comes later, the schedule moves by the same number of days.
Weekly update
A short written status note every week on longer projects and retainers.

Step by step

  1. Brief and quote

    A 20-minute call inside your hours. Within one business day you get a written scope, a fixed quote in your currency and a schedule with review dates in your time zone.

  2. Paperwork and deposit

    A short agreement or your own contract, an NDA if you need one, and a data processing agreement for EU and UK clients. Work starts when the deposit lands.

  3. Style frames

    Key frames, or the first ten seconds animated, for your approval before the full build. Anything unclear in the brief is confirmed in writing here. Changes after approval are quoted as a change order before I make them.

  4. Production

    I work while you sleep. Upload assets by your end of day and the next version is waiting by your next morning.

  5. Review rounds

    Frame-accurate comments and a short screen walkthrough of each version. A round is one combined set of comments from your named approver.

  6. Quality checks

    Timing, composition, sound levels, safe zones, caption timing and, for Arabic or Hebrew, a native-speaker sign-off. Every font, music track and clip is logged in a licence record.

  7. Delivery

    Final masters in the formats you need, SRT and VTT caption files and the licence record. Raw footage is deleted 90 days after final payment unless you ask me to keep it.
